Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be rescheduled or canceled no less than 48 hours before appointment time. Late arrivals: A late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. We will always accommodate you if possible. However, arrivals 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time will be considered a “no show” and your session will be cancelled. SCHEDULING DEPOSITS & FEES Most services require a scheduling deposit to be made during the time of booking to secure the session and it will be applied towards your service total.    In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment: this must be done at least 48-hours prior to your scheduled appointment for refunding or transferring your scheduling deposit.    LESS than 48 hours: If you cancel/reschedule/no show less than the required 48-hours, you will forfeit your scheduling deposit.
